The Casey is a 16 story - 61 Condominium building located in the heart of Portlands Pearl District at 311 NW 12th Ave. Developed in 2007 by Garding Edlin Development. Most are two or more bedrooms and there are fewer than 5 homes on each floor. The building was the first building in the country to be cerfified as LEED Platinum status.
